As soon as you leave O Cebreiro, the first kilometers are downhill, but soon you will climb again to reach O Poio, followed by a long descent to Triacastela, where you turn left to visit the Samos convent.

The route crosses typical Galician landscapes, with lush forests and traditional villages such as Triacastela and Sarria, a common starting point for those aiming to complete the last 100 km of the Camino. The stage ends in Portomarín, with its fortress-like church and views of the Miño River, offering a historic and welcoming atmosphere.
