A tough stage that goes from less to more as the profile is always slightly uphill. Halfway through this stage Santiago is less than 100 km away.

In the town of Cea you can recharge your batteries and try some of the best bread in the world, ‘O Pan de Cea’, bread from the country, with denomination of origin and real craftsmanship.

It remains to ride a little further to Lalín to enjoy its famous stew and regain strength to face the last stage of this route.
