Stage 11, The French Way

A more demanding stage than the previous one, starting in Astorga with a long, gradual climb up to the iconic Cruz de Ferro (1,500 m), followed by a descent to Molinaseca.

The route combines stretches of road with rural paths.

It passes through emblematic villages such as Rabanal, Foncebadón and El Acebo, and upon reaching Ponferrada you are welcomed by its impressive Templar castle and the distinctive atmosphere of El Bierzo.
